Payment can be made in Euros or US Dollars by bank card (Carte Bleue credit card, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express) via the CIC bank's secure payment process, guaranteeing total security and confidentiality or by PayPal, a safe and easy way to make an online payment.

The delivery charges due depend on your chosen shipping service and do not vary according to the volume of your purchases.

Easy returns and exchanges
marclebihan.fr offers you the possibility to exchange or return your order within 7 days of receiving the goods.

The goods must be returned in perfect condition in the original packaging along with its accessories, a copy of the invoice and the fully completed returns slip.
To exercise your right to return/exchange goods, follow the steps below:

	Send an email to inform us of your decision to return or exchange the goods.
	Complete the returns slip as fully and accurately as possible, ensuring that you provide your email address and your telephone number.
	Send the goods for return, the returns slip and a copy of the corresponding invoice to the following address: marc le bihan opticien, service retour, 18 rue Sainte-Croix de la Bretonnerie, 75004 Paris. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post, accurately dated and/or with delivery notification. We will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we have received the returned goods.

If you decide to exchange the goods, your new order will be sent to you once we have received the goods for exchange.
In the case of gift purchases, only the purchaser can exchange or return them by post.

The returned articles and/or the difference between the returned and the exchanged goods (if necessary) will be refunded to your bank account during the 30 days after we have received the returned and/or exchanged goods. You bear the responsibility for the initial postage charge and for any returns/exchanges postage charges.

If you decide to make an exchange and if the new order is more expensive than the first one, please combine the goods for return with a check out to "mlb online" of the difference amount

The order will be sent gift wrapped without any indication of the price to the delivery address and the invoice will be sent to the purchaser by email.

The order
Prices
The prices of the goods given on marclebihan.fr are inclusive of taxes and are identical to the prices in the marc le bihan opticien stores at the time of ordering. For orders sent outside the European Union and the French Overseas Departments and Territories, the amount of the invoice will be automatically calculated without taxes.

Registering the order
The order is validated when it is paid for. Once the payment transaction has been carried out via the secure payment pages, the order is confirmed by email.
Reception of the order
All of our goods are delivered in a marc le bihan opticien shopping bag and are wrapped in tissue-paper. As a security measure, the goods are delivered in plain external packaging.
